It was for a car show called Indy Import and Truck Bash out at Indianapolis Raceway Park. My friend the owner wanted it looking nice and it came out asonishing looking. However at the show the car sat next to a dusty road and caused it to get dusty every 30 seconds.  He also got sponsered by BFGoodrich and they bought him new rims and tires however they didnt show up (Tires) but the new wheels did...

Even without detailing your car still stand out!! Beautiful!!
Do what? I dont understand, are you talking about my car or the Skyline?

Anyways the spoiler on it is infact stock.

cool.. both nice cars....

btw.. i didnt understand that post about "Even without detailing your car still stand out" either. lol. maybe im a lil slow or something

???

He meant of course that the skylines in the US are a stand-out car. They are remarkable even if they are not mirror finished. and yes, that's a stock wing.

MY GOD IN HEAVEN... PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO REPLACE THOSE VOLK RIMS WITH THOSE AXIS PIECES OF ****.

Whoa, I think you need to be easy. AXIS wheels are a respected brand.

317indy, the car is looking good.

yeah axis are respected...

volks are overpriced cause of the name

some deep dish roja's would look good on that tho...

Im sorry, but he and I both think that the axis wheels which btw are free 3k dollar rims, think that the Volks are ugly and do not match the car very well. The wheels (axis) measure 19x9s up front with 275's and the rears are 19x11's with 295's and the wheel in the picture is the front wheel, the rear wheel has a huge lip on them.

He will be selling the Volks with tires. If you are interested PM me with a respectable offer and I will pass it on...

Also, I will soon be detailing the Supra. Which has Blitz wheels, TRD 4 Piston Brakes along with a custom red/black leather interior and some other things mostly suspension as for the owner is a Road Course instructor...

The car takes 25mph corners at well over 90mph as I have experienced. The GT-R sucks because its RHD and you cannot judge anything over the front left corner when driving...:shocked (Watch out for that pole...) :xyxthumbs

Yep, Skylines are rare in the US so if you see one on the street (R32, R33, R34), it doesn't matter if it's shiny or not, it's still a eye catcher, ofcourse, shiny Skylines are better than a dull skylines :p

Nice Cars.. :xyxthumbs

Just one question.

What is the size of the tire? The side wall look's extremely thin. The wheel that look's bronze color Axis

Thanks

Amazing car there. What more could you want in a car? Besides, left hand drive. The RB26DETT is one mean mother. Has any mods been put on it?

It looks like the Axis rim is sitting on the ground beside the car. You can still see the Volk rim behind it.

And, Spec V belongs to the SE-R Spec V......the question should be is it a V-Spec or not? Silly RSX owners

Car looks gorgeous!! Your friend ever get that Skyline dynoed? ALso those Axis rims look real nice, what model are they???

The GT-R should have the same width wheels all round.

It's known that they don't like wider rear rims as it messes with the diffs and can be a little costly when they need to be replaced.... I don't know anyone in the UK running wider rear rims in the UK on a GT-R...... Lovely wheels though, look very similar to my new ones!.

The Volks look tiny, a friend had them on his Le-Man 33 but in 19".... Much better imho :D

Very nice anyway

C-MDX: i understand what u were saying now... good point

Monk_04SER: same thing.. every1 else new what i meant... just tryin to prove your smart and u know your cars huh? slow se-r owners...

It's interesting to see the reaction to a Skyline in the U.S! Here in Japan, they're a dime a dozen, and since they're almost all owned by twenty-something spoiled rich boys who would never soil their hands detailing them, they're invariably in poor condition, both mechanically and aesthetically.
