Nissan Frontier Owners

I recently sold my '95 GMC Sierra SLE, ext. cab, short bed. Most reliable and best vehicle I ever owned. Bought it used with about 30K miles on it. Great thing about those trucks is parts are readily available everywhere, and it is SO easy to do most all of the work yourself if you have basic car repair knowledge. I saved a bundle doing stuff like alternator, water pump, etc. over the years. Still trying to remember why I sold this truck. Anyway, if you can get a good deal those are really reliable vehicles. There is something to be said for warranty and having a brand new car though. Good luck on your choice.

Thanks! I had a 1994 Vortec 4.3L Sonoma and loved it. I sold it because it was a custom truck and I never used it as a truck. This truck should get used like a truck should be used for. LOL

Sounds awesome! But 350ci...forget about the fuel economy! LMAO

That's with ANY truck besides a 4 cyl 4x2. It amazes me that the V6's don't get better mileage, but then again they gear them low for "truck" usage so it kills the MPG that could otherwise be tweaked out of them. You can gain a few by getting a more free flowing exhaust and air filter. On older trucks like that it is worth it IMO to do the ol' plugs, cap, wires, Seafoam, etc. to get the old girl running a little nicer.
