From what I *can* tell by the photos, it looks good.

I'm a little quizzed by your process, though. Are you saying you clay after you do all the polishing? Maybe it's just me, but I find it difficult to read what you have written for the process and put any sort of order to it.

It would be nice to see some full-on sun shots if you choose to showcase your work on here. It's pretty easy to make anything look like new when it's in the shade and you're taking reflection shots. Just my two cents - take it for what it's worth.

I agree. Sun shots are mandatory if you are trying to show off your work to potential clients.

JaredPointer is also correct about the way your process is written up. Break it down more and give better explination. That looks like just a blurb.

Good beginner effort, but with some refinement it will look better.

Sorry about the shots it was all i had time for i wanted to pull it out in the sun but didnt have a chance hence why i didnt bother taking pics of the passanger side. I have to work on based when the customer is flying back and he came back early. I will work on the process and make it a little more legable. I was planning on taking alot more after shots that why i have so many before. The plus side is he will be in next week again so i can take some good shots then. Also i didnt Clay before polish it was just i kinda type stream of consiounus ill get it a little more orginized sorry guys new to this posting thing. Im a knuckle dragger not much into putting my thoughts into writing but i like the idea of people critquing my work so i will work on the write ups lol

Quick question how were the shots in the 240sx thread?

I thought those were good.

So - let me get this straight: You polish and THEN clay, correct? That seems completely backwards to me, as clay can (and most certainly does) contain contaminants it pulls/shears off the surface, letting you drag those back across the vehicle surface, which leads to marring. In your case, marring a surface you've just spent hours correcting. Is there some particular reasoning behind you doing it this way?

No no i clay then polish but like i said i just wrote it as i thought of it. Good at making cars look pretty not so good at explaining it. I just felt it necessary to mention that all i had to clay was the bumper i didnt mean i clayed after just the way it came out sorry. Cant clay after polish otherwise u would just have to polish again as the clay would make the surface far to dull.
