Driving along and we pull up next to the exact same 2002 red Mazda Protege 5 that I lovingly care for.



We both notice the "other" car at the same time...and then she says "Wow, that car doesn't even look like the same color as your car. It looks, blah."



I smiled as brightly as my car shined!

I am also lucky enough to have a wife who notices the detailed cars and compliments me on them regularly.



The one I like the best is when we notice other drivers looking at our car and she says......."They were lookin'!"...

I'm just happy when she can notice the same car with the subtle differences (for mere mortals), like no tinted windows or tire dressing. "Oh honey, that one's not as clean as yours".

She's still in Co-piolet training. Her puddle sighting needs some work.
