GOT PREP?
Well, the accord has 167,000+ on her and I like to have my fiance in something that is a bit more new. She works nights and I sleep a lot better knowing that she is in something with lower miles. The Acoord has served us well since early 96 and has never put us down, but it will be sold shortly. I will miss her, the first car I ever bought with my $.

So we bought a 2004 Isuzu Axiom. The dealer took around $9000 off of the sticker and we just couldn't pass it up. The car was in the showroom so I had him take a few dollars off for that too, he thought I was absolutely INSANE!!!! :brick When I told him that I didn't want anyone to touch it he laughed out loud, even brought over the new car manager for a laugh.

I can't believe how lucky we got with the paint. This car has been sitting on the lot for over a year and has VERY little marring and needs only light claying.

This is her right after a wash.

Loving everything about it! Good Luck with it!

Are you looking for a buyer for the Accord? I am looking for a winter car and I know you take care of yours. PM me if you are interested :)

EBPcivicsi, Thanks for the link from the other thread. Nice looking :bigups Definitely more room than the Accord, but I think you may miss the fuel advantage of the Honda. Do you think this one will see 166+K miles? ;)

Give us a review after you have a few thousand miles on the clock.

Thanks guys!! Well we took it camping over the weekend and it was nice having somewhere to put three dogs plus all of our camping gear. I would like to have more leg room up front, but I am not the primary driver. My fiance who is 5'9" has plenty of room.

Will it last to see 166,000K? I have no idea, this is my first non-honda purchase, we'll see. It does have a 7 year 75,000 mile BTB warranty on it though. If all else fails I will sell/trade it before then. :brick

Thanks again everyone!!!!

Right on , Congrats. I had a 02 Axiom . The dark silver with the same 2 tone leather interior. I loved the interior. I drove the Axe from West Palm Beach , FL. to Anchorage Alaska without even a hiccup .Almost 5k miles in 8 days and then from Anchorage to Seattle to ship to Hawaii..I never got tired of my Axiom and loved to mash the gas after every tollbooth..Congrats again.

Boy, sure haven't seen many Axioms on the road, at least in CA. Nice ride, though...looks angry!
