Hi i just washed my car a few days ago maybe a week i think less though, it has been raining non-stop here and i have driven it in the rain i was going to clay it and wax it tomarrow becasue the weather is going to be nice should A. re wash it or B. just use some quick detail spray

If it was my car, especially after rain, I would do a re-wash . . . . just me.

inspect the paint for dirt...if you drove it in the rain then it's highly likely the lower panels are too dirty for a QD and you should rewash.
