yea you should definitely work your way up until you get the desired results......I don't really know how think your paint is tho....if it's factory you should be fine IMO
Ok cool, thanks. Now if I use the 1z line, do I have to clay the car again after, or wash with dawn, before I apply the zaino? Someone also said that the Meguires Medalion premium paint cleaner is also a good way to remove the swirls, or marring. Ugh I dont know which to go with!

Again I can't recommend the 1Z products for I have not used any of them. I can and did though recommend what products I am familiar with and should get the job done.
I am not sure what UPP product Dinzdale was referring to but the UPP I am familar with will not remove your spider webs for it is a sealant and has no cleaning/leveling properties.
So again, if you want to finish off with the Zaino then I recommend you seek out a Zaino user on Autopia......perhaps you can start another thread aksing for help from a Zaino user.

you would need to do a dawn wash after polishing to remove the carnauba wax in the 1z polishes....but you only need to claybar once..

I was referring to 1z Ultra Paint Polish.....sorry I should have been clearer.....
Since deciding how strong a product to use is completely an in-person judgement call that you will have to make (pictures aren't really accurate enough), have a couple products on hand, but try the milder approach first. Try it on a section and then stop and evaluate the results. If it doesn't seem to be working then step up to the next strongest product (or next strongest PC pad sometimes).
Trying to use the least aggresssive fix for a problem and then working your way up only as needed is a good basic tip that is applicable to more than just polishing. Good luck.
