I've been trying to find the details of their warranty, and keep running into this:
Problem is, I can't find the "warranty registration form" anywhere online. I'm very curious to see if it has a re-application clause as so many of these 5-year wonder sealants do.

Yes it is Toughguard and No, there is no reapplication clause because reapplication isn't necessary unless you wreck the car or don't use proper washing techniques. Once applied take care when you wash the car because it will still scratch and get swirls like any regular paint product. Other than that just wash it and forget about it. It will keep the shine. It's that good.
Look at what Porta said on this forum.
I don't want to get the spamming label but I install the product. I haven't waxed that van in 3 years and it still looks great.

There is a bad side to this product. You will only see your customers if they;
1) wreck their car and need a reapplication
2) buy a new car
3) Swirl and scratch their paint up and want their paint to look new again.(Paint Polishing=money money money!)
4) Have a total repaint because their paint failed.
5) See you in public and thank you for doing their car
