New to detail city

I heard about this place from the folks over at Autopia awhile ago, and have been lurking ever since. Figured it was time to delurk and say hi, so here I am!

Yeah.....I knew the name was familiar! Welcome. This is a nice place. Friendly and ........well......friendly.
 
There ain't nothin wrong with The Fuzz. :fuzz :mohawk (I would take a shot at Poorboy right now but that would be insensitive. So I'll take my obligitory shot at Blinded instead.) Its more like, you knew about Blinded and came here anyway. lol Don't take any advice from him. You may end up with some....shall we say "problems" to deal with later. LOLOL
 
I'll tell you what I think. When it came to car care all I did was wash and wax until now. I bought the wife a new(2004) car which is silver and myself a 2002 dark green metallic malibu. I went to google looking for car care products. I came across this forum and have been reading it now for a couple weeks. I think it's great. You guys/girls have not only been really been helpful but very friendly. There seems to be much mutual respect among the members. I like coming to this forum. I want to thank you all for educating me. So far all I've been doing on here is reading and learning. Within the next couple weeks when I get the funds I'll be purchasing some cleaning supplies. I'm getting my list together now.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. As to what was said about this place about Autopia... it was in a thread about other detailing places on the 'net. There was a lot of fluff in there, but I bookmarked a few more links. This was one of them. :D
