So, everyone should have that knowledge. She wasnt ripped off. She was too stupid to know the difference. Its not like they handcuffed her and forced her to chose and buy those tires.

Today I paid $45 for a mount & balance for 1 tire on a Ferrari 360 Spider($40,000 worth of damage). That vehicle didn't require any special tool? She got scammed!! Alot of dealerships prey on unknowledgeable people and they capitalized on this one big time. She needs to contact the General Manager of the dealership and complain. In addition, she should definately contact the BBB and report them for unethical behavior. Just because she already paid for the tires doesn't mean she can't go back and do something about it. I wish her luck.
