New sign for the shop!

What do you guys think? I'm trying to class my shop up a little at a time and the hand painted one I made a few years ago served it's purpose the first year. Would you fellows add a light over it, Or just leave it alone (I have a good street light in my parking lot) and you can see it pretty good from about 150 feet at night. also would you add anything to the window under it? or would that seem to be too much.

Awesome sign!!!
A light would make it stand out at night better ... the light would draw attention to it ... I would leave the window alone and keep it spotless.
A guy just started a new detailing shop in an old service station close to me and the first thing he did was clean all of the windows in the building ... It really made the place look a lot nicer and said a lot about the quality of the business he was running.

If you end up finding it too hot and decide to tint the window, you could go with a mirror tint. That way people would see your sign for auto detailing, then see the condition of their car right below it.

Could come across as "less than classy," but maybe not. :dunno

Also, a light would draw attention to the sign at night.

thanks for the input guys- I like the window plain and clean also. Had some folks tell me to put prices up there--but I like to see the car before I price it. And when the time changes around the end of the month and it gets dark at 6:00 p.m. I may put a Light above it. :)

Publicity: Neon

Hi, you've got a nice one there! But, I guess you need to transform some of those sentences to a scotch light effect. Yeah! I mean neon-sign effect, so it could reflect at night -- The composition looks pretty fine, and don't forget the Neon effect, the result takes care of this new dispensation -- nothing else!!!. Cheers

Wonderful.

I vote for lighting...

As to the window, yeah, the clean look works, but it seems like a perfect spot for additional bullet points...

I could not have said it any better.

I have seen bullet points in the window below the sign before and found the info helpful to know what service(s) the business offers. The window is free marketing space which to grab the attention of people passing by.

The shop I used to work at made the windows spotless and had the services offered listed on the glass door. It seemed to bring in alot of business.
