new products

Just like any other distributor, some of their products are very good, some not so good. I think that you'll likely see that many who respond to your question will feel that a good portion of their products are priced on the high side. That said, you can't beat their no questions asked warranty. You will however, also find that the sponsors here at Detail City meet that same level of customer service, have a broader selection to choose from and many products that equal or exceed their level of quality. I like their under carriage spray. Their Best of Show wax is a nice wax but isn't as easy to use as other good waxes (harder to remove). Their selection of polishes or pads is limited. I think that their Dual Action Polisher that they sell now is not quite what the PC is. I say this primarily due to the fact that you are limited on backing plate selection and I like Edge pads. The tools and fixtures I've purchased from them have been all that I would expect with a great warranty. That's about all I know.

Fair enough Gearhead. I also found their prices on the high side after I discovered Detail City. After being introduced to Autogeek and Poorboy's I can really see that I've been missing a lot.

I receive a griots catalog from time to time ..i feel there items are over priced..The items here are as good add in your discount your far ahead..

I also get the catalog and like to look through it :). They have some really cool stuff. I haven't purchased any yet because of $$ and no reason to give up what I'm using for another product to do the same thing. Now if there were a totally innovative product or popular product I haven't tried yet,... that's a different story.
Griots Garage does have good products from what I've heard from my friends.
