NEW PRODUCT - CarPro HydroFoam - Wash & coat in ONE step!

Is Carpro in the business of teasing us poor guys that really want to try out new products? I'm still waiting for some other of their products to be available.

I don't know. there's something about coating and washing at the same time, seems like one or the other will be lacking. probably stick with a separate wash and coat process, which is still pretty easy with hydro2.

Don't see much of a difference between the before and after.

Gyeon Bathe+ is a very unique product and the water behavior afterwards is very nice. I haven't really tested the longevity, I'll have to grab my sisters car when the weather is nice and test it out.

I thought there was a notable change in beading and sheeting behavior. Not to the level of hydro2 or reload, but it was there. I will agree that what I've seen from bath+ did look better.

So when will tacsystems have this technology?

I agree that there was a change, but a lot of shampoos will clean up road grime on the bottom half of cars and bring back the LSP water behavior.

With that said, I'm not going to judge a product based on a video. The real test will be when its used on a car with no LSP.

Very cool product though...look forward to seeing how it performs compared to Bathe+ and look forward to seeing who else jumps in on a product like this.

Other than the possible use on wheels and its chemical resistance, what's so great about it? I admit it's cool that they made a shampoo capable of such protection, but why is it any better than a seal as you dry product? You still have to dry the car after using this product and its application makes it seem like it will add a decent amount of time to a normal wash.

Dear SYMAWD

I understand this shampoo adds "sick" gloss and stellar protection to the vehicle in the same amount of time as a regular two-bucket wash.

So there are time savings and quality of protection.

I'm an avid user of Hydro2, it saves time over conventional waxes/sealants, glossier than most, extremely hydrophobic, dries almost perfectly with a #MetroVac Sidekick.
I'm looking forward to trying the new #HydroFoam.
If it saves me time, it makes me money!

/\ Exactly + Bikes it's amazing. Really works well on chrome too, windows it's a bit picky though... esp roof run lines.

Dear jsou

It's definitely on my list for my next order, but it'll have to wait until payday. If I spend any more money on detailing stuff this month, my wife will ridicule me mercilessly.

I'm looking forward to reviews. I'm sure it's going to be a wonderful timesaver.

There's more to come in the Blackfire line this year, too, so I'm saving for those new products as well.

So an LSP that's already on the car won't affect bonding?

I think it could be nice in a foam cannon before the winter to get some protection on all those under hood and under body parts buy foaming and rinsing them.
