For reasons unknown in this portion of the galaxy the post that actually belongs here has been bumped down to post #6. No, really it was my fault. -GearHead_1-
 
that is a nice red ride!!

Poorboy's does a nice job on red. If all you did on the engine is wipe it down it appears that someone did a good job before you got that Hot lookin little red car.

Funny story is that the former owner called me today and his son is sooooo happy with your former truck and just loves the way that looks:D so after your recommendation of products he wanted some for his show T-Bird as well as some more stuff for maintaining your former truck. He also told me he couldn't be happier to who he sold his Mach 1 , even though he had other prospective buyers that he turned down, he had a good feeling that you would be the right one to take care of his baby:hug:

Just kidding, but all jokes aside thats an awesome looking job on the detailing. Now you just need the picture doing a big smokey burnout and you'll be all set!
 
Well since a certain mod deleted my entire post I'm going to have to do it again. I dont know what I said in the previous one but I'll give a quick process run down.

-Wash with TW ZipZap
-Dried with MF
-Mothers Clay...had to throw it away when I was done!
-PB SSR 2.5 via PC and polishing pad
-PB PWC via PC and polishing
-PB EXP by hand
- Natty's Blue x 1

Interior- vacuumed, Four Star Carpet cleaner in spots, AA interior cleaner on dash

Engine- just wiped down, it was well kept by previous owner.

Tires and rims were just washed with soap and water with old sponge

No smoky burnouts for this bad boy. I'm babying her. I"ve floored it a few times to show my mom,dad, and grandma the power it has. I've only taken the tractional control off one time to see how many gears it would chirp.....got 3 to chirp before I had to slow down. I'm not trying to tear this car up. I want to show it and of course its going to be my daily driver till I get it paid off. I absolutely love the styling and power of it. Mods will be coming little by little. I already ordered the "MUSTANG" letters that go on the rear bumper. Other mods will be Borla exhaust, new rims but staying with the Mach systel, tinted windows, lowering eventually, C&L inlet pipe and billet interior pieces.
 
so sorry about the newb question, what is PWC? It is a poorboys product right?

btw, the car looks :bow :bow . Ive got a 94GT myself.

Hahaha thats funny. The day I picked up the Mach we talked for a while about how we take care of our rides. I was telling him all about my experience with Poorboys. I'm glad he sold me the Mach...I could not be happier with it. He took care of it very well. I'm still trying to get it up to my standards and Poorboys is helping me out very well. I told him he needed a PC and Poorboys in order to keep my former truck looking good but it would also be a plus to get the stuff to care for his black T-bird. The T-bird is in great shape. A little PB and PC on the huge surface area and that thing will look even better. Im glad you were able to help him out. Since I turned him on, does that mean with my next order I can get a free sticker or something for my detail cabinet?!? Or a Poorboys magnet would be cool for the cabinet since I have a pet peeve of putting stickers on stuff...it really bothers me in a bad way for some reason. I"m researching Leather stuff right now so I might be calling or e-mailing you soon if I can't find anything thats decent from Advance Auto Parts...
 
Leather Stuff is a great leather cleaner product. I like it.

The Mustang looks great. I wish there was more sun out but it looks pretty wet.
 
Congrats on the New Car. With all the new mods your talking we might be looking for a 2nd job HUH :yes: . The car looks really Sweet..
 
Very nice car, love everything about it. My buddy has an 01 GT 'vert with a bassani exhust on it and it's the best I've ever heard. It looks like the hood scoop could use some Trin Restorer with your next order to Steve. Good work and hope you can keep her looking that way.

Thats what I forgot to put back in the post after it was deleted....after I took the pics and loaded them on the computer and I saw the pic of the shaker, i went right out and slapped some AA on it and it brought back the shine. I think with the flash going off, it lightened the shaker up a lot. The shaker is some kind of metal, like cast iron or something. It is not plastic. I've seen where some Mach owners are having them painted so they don't lose the matte black finish. For now, the AA does a good enough job until it rains.
 
Nice ride, Mike...Glad you finally got one! TR is the best I ever used on the scoop. I'm really missing mine now!

I sold it to my best friend...the story is too long to type, but lets just say I got a LOT more than I paid, and if you check my avatar, you'll see the replacement which will be arriving in about 2-3 weeks...
