New MyteeLite HP60

Well as our business started to grow, the one tool we quickly realized needed upgrading was our extractor. The LGCM was no longer cutting it, we need something with a ton of extraction power, and a way to insure the interiors would need nice and dry.



After looking at a few different options, and looking at what some Autopians thought about certain extractors (Aztec etc), it was a thread by ebpcivicsi that set me onto the MyteeLite HP60...I was impressed by the amount of lift, the high water temp and the blower attachment to dry interiors....



So we ordered up this MyteeLite HP60 Spyder from DetailSupplyOutlet. They were VERY helpful in sending this to Canada, and it arrived on Monday. I've only had time to pull it out of the box, I haven't even got it running yet. That will be a job for this weekend :)



Im very excited with some of the features it has.... 137" of Water lift, a 1200 watt inline heater, blower attachments. Having the ability to dry the interior is awesome. You simply roll up all the windows, pinch the blow attachment in the top of the window, and let it dry the interior :)



Here is a pic of it arrived. It is bigger than the 8070, but mobile capability isn't something I really needed.

I will do a lengthy review of this probably this weekend, and update it as I continue to use it. I know right now it will be a huge upgrade over the LGCM, so im very anxious to get working on this one :)

sweet, I am looking forward to your review. I would like to get one but the price is kind of high, and just after winter where not so much work was done so maybe by the start or mid summer I will buy one.

Let us know hot that blower attachment works out for you. Looks easier than a bulky fan.

Will do! This was one of the best selling points for me on this machine. With the LGCM, I'd have 2x 220 Watt Heaters drying out the interior, which also made polishing paint a paint (IE trying to work around open doors and heaters etc.



With the HP60, all I have there is a little cord coming out, and it should dry it rather quickly....



Im going to compare this and the LGCM on some interior mats this weekend. Im going to have to formulate some experiments to show the difference in suction and cleaning ability with JUST hot water compared to the LGCM, and then both with chemicals added, and then both again with their proper chemicals to illustrate what the Hp60 is capable of.....Im trying to have a control here as well so that you can actually make a distinct comparison between the power of two machines....



I already know the HP60 will be better, Im just curious to see HOW much better it will be (ie the HP60 got everything out on 1 pass with hot water, while it took the LHCM 10 passes with the same thing). Im hoping ot make these sort of conclusion....



Maybe I'll do my interior on my vehicle and time the drying time with the blower as well...

If I was full time and a fixed location, I would of figured out a way to get the HP60 instead of the 8070.
 
Alright, the brother and I had a chance to give this a try last evening...we ran into a few "issues" which I will detail in our review. Mytee light customer service was AWESOME and really pulled through for us though, I will update this thread with the full review this weekend by the latest.

I have an HP60 and have had no complaints yet.....except for when I lost the round clear cover for a few days. That sucked! Had to use a Cool Whip container as a cover until I found the real one.

Sounds good, can't wait to see your review of this. Does the HP60 seem TOO big to make portable , or you would just recommend the 8070 over it?

I just went and tried to lift it by myself, I can do it, but its' not easy. I suppose you COULD do it if you really wanted to, but the 8070 would be far easier to make portable than an HP60...If you were going to use the HP60, I would secure it well in a van, then buy a long 25 ft hose and use that rather than trying to bring the machine out every time...
