Just wanted to thank everyone for an amazine time.....I learned alot and got to meet some cool people. Also thanks to Rich for opening P&L for us.

I too wanna thank everyone for coming and Rich for the place to detail and my "spirited ride" in his WRX. It was also cool finnally meeting the men behind the details...Prinz and Dave....I can't wait till I'm as good as you guys. Also thanks to Gary for letting us use his DeWalt and for his advice in this oh so meticulous feild of mantainence. Everyone better come to the next meet when there is one...the Celica should be ready by then ;).

....and we will be starting the planning for meet #3 soon. Stay tuned. :D

Mitch: You are better than you give yourself credit for.

Gary: Great information. My arm's still tingling from the DeWalt. :chuckle:

David: We have to hook up and get #3 rolling. :D

Thanks Guys!

Still gotta import those pics and post em.

Gary/Mitch, I went and washed my car last night, and I applied Gary's tire dressing on while it was wet, and it was night and day compared to it applied to a dry tire.

it looks awesome!

Gary, I'm almost out of my NXT, so I may stop by and pick up some of your sealant to try it out. . .

I wish that I could of stayed longer it would have been great fun . I was supposed to drive a Rolls Royce for a wedding in Elgin but the car broke down before I got there. I sat on I 90 for 3 and a 1/2 hours before they came and got the car and me. Its a long story that I dont want to get into right now . Im glad to here that meet # 2 went fine . Im looking forward to # 3.

I should have refrazed the post. What happened was that I had a tire blowout. The blowout dented and scuffed the rear fender and distroyed the $ 300.00 hub cap. The miniteman truck came and was unable to break the bolts on the wheel. I set up another limo for the bride and called for a flat bed to haul the Rolls home. It was a 2 hour wate and the truck they sent was to small for the car . It took another 1 1/2 hours for the other truck to come.It was 7:30 before I got the car back to the garage. Lucky that I get paid for the hours spent.

I saw that car when I went home!

ouch!

Man I was SOOOOO looking to make it out seeing I was going to be in the neighborhood!!! We didnt leave Grand Rapids until 2 in the afternoon...so we got there just after 4 p.m.

The plus side was I finally got to see not 1 but 2 bentleys, a rolls royce and a yellow ferrari up close and personal!!! they just happened to be parked in a parking garage across the street from the hotel we stayed at!! I think I got slobber on the bentley as I was checking the paint condition out while the attendant parked the our car.

I will for sure try to make the #3 though it sounds like you had a blast.
