New Marketing idea...

Clean Dean

Keep it clean !!!
I finished detailing this 1994 SL 500 prior to starting on a 1997 Saab today and pulled the SL toward the road where passerbys can see while I worked on the Saab. This 94 SL was pristine and the paint was almost flawless. I gave out numerous cards today !!!

OK !! OK !! OK !!

EBPcivicsi & ohsoclean...

Thanks for appreciating the car in this thread !!!

For the rest of you :-p !!!!

The wheel wells... I clean the wells with a old wash mitt, bug sponge, and a firm bristoled bumper brush.

The car was fantastic... It had some mild water stains and light swirls, but after claying and buffing out with # 82 she looked almost flawless. I sealed her with EX and topped with P21 wax.

If interested check out this link. I believe that this is the nicest 1994 SL in the world !!!

What do you think of the tire dressing??? I used a much cheaper alterantive to AM #33 and I thought it looked pretty decent.

I almost asked about the dressing as it looked a little higher gloss than normal. What is it? Armorall?

Looks fine, but a little too high gloss for me. Maybe the pic was taken just after application.

I can't stop looking at the paint on that car, beautiful job!

The car looks great as usual. There cannot be many SL's with less than 20k on the clock driving around. Where and how does this guy find these cars?

As to the marketing idea, besides just putting the car next to the road, you use an A-Frame sign next to the car, with your company name and a catchy phrase like "Hey look at me"!!! Would you like to look this good???". Use eye-catching colors for the lettering or the background. The car is on one side of the driveway and the sign is on the other. Just an idea to enhance to your concept.
