It's not transporting exhaust gasses up through the vacuum nozzle; it's using the Venturi-effect of the exhaust gas passing through the orifice at the tailpipe to generate vacuum (back-pressure). I just question if the exhaust gas is generating enough vacuum pressure to clean effectively.
