New idea for 2004 season

This year when we are finished with a customers vehicle, we will put a car cover over it until the customer picks it up. We are doing this for two reasons one to protect it and two to give the customer the awe factor when they pick it up. Two guys will go over and remove the cover witha great anticipation for the customer. I am really excited about this.

As a customer I also like to see a rear view mirror tag expressing thanks and providing spot for feedback about experience.



You may be already doing this of course...
