Zymol is based in Connecticut. One day I'd like to take a drive over there and see if I could get a factory tour. I'd like to see exactly how an $1800 dollar wax is made.

ahh i took it outside and I notice it has quite of bit of swirl marks, what cna be used to take those off?
 
Looks good bro !!! Just do a search on the forums for info and products to help take out swirl marks. Sometimes just changing the way you wash, and dry the car helps alot. Welcome to Autopia !!
 
At the risk of sounding late, that is a great detail. You won't go wrong with Zymol, I can assure you from experience. Zymol can achieve a very wide reflection and color range in its finish, which sets its products apart from other lsps, in addition to its asking prices (unfortunately). However, achieving the best detail should allow you to experiment with a few other glazes. I am an avid user of the Zymols, but in experimenting with other glazes I've found that you can get nice results with the right combinations. I get really stunning results with p21s coupled with good prep work in using compatible polishes.



But...........my go to lsp (for car #1) will always be a Zymol. Keep up the good work!
 
doesn't that 1800 dollar zymol come with a lifetime supply of free refills? it used to at least. just a random comment.
 
If you wanna try Zymol-like products for significantly less money, try the Victoria Waxes. High quality, hand applied products, with fascinating scents and excellent look.

Your absolutely right Bence, those are the best waxes I have ever used. Not bad for arround $30.00 can.

Very nice job on the NSX. If you like Zymol then by all means use what you like. I agree that with the proper prep and the right combo of products you can have the car amazing. Welcome and enjoy the addiction!

It still does. $1852, and btw that isn't their most expensive wax. They now have Royale glaze, which is approx. 50 oz., and at a retail of $7200 bills, with free refills of course.
 
Hmm, that'd be 27 cans of $70 souveran to equal a 1852 buck refillable zymol.



I wonder if I can go through 27 cans of PS in my lifetime?
