Here's some pics of my recent detail on my 93 SHO. Turned out good, but the paint has a lot of chips. It looks like the PO drove through a quarry. I'll be repainting the front bumper and hood in the spring. Oh, and I had nothing to do the tires with, so they are just washed and thats it.

My process:

1. wash w/ dawn

2. turtle wax liquid rubbing compound

3. meguires DC polish

4. mothers CA gold cleaner/carnuba paste wax

more pics are on my superford site.

*edit* the fuzzy things on the side markers are for my headlight covers. just in case you're wondering...

ooh a SHO. i love those cars. welcome and nice job. it looks great! this is a great place to learn how to make your car look awesome. just watch your wallet as you could find yourself spending a lot of money! :D

Looks great. I had a Green 93 SHO with a 5 speed. Great car till one day I blew a hole through the bellhousing the size of a baseball--literally. Not too sure about tranny strength on that car, or any older Ford (my ex-Cobra's T45 for example :down )

yeah, the differential pin in those like to vacate the transmission after a while. There's the Quaife LSD for the SHO which is the best upgrade for manual. I have an auto, so the diff is solid, but its a ford fwd trans. So enough said
