Thank's for the reply Mr fuzz, We both (my friend) planning eventually doing this as our full time biz. The list of equipment we have right now is :
1. PC
2. Orbital bufer from Coleman ($30)
3. 1500 psi K'archer Washer Pressure (Electric)
4. 3800 watts Generator
5. EZ-up Tent (10x10)
6. 2x500 watts lighting
7. 2x2.5 gallon sprayer (for gardening)
8. Craftman 20 gallons, 6.5 Hp Wet and dry vacuum
9. Detailing brushes (off Course..)
10. Applicator pads ( Every type of applications)
That's all pretty much, off course we already stocks a lot of MF towels, Terry's, sponges for interior etc.For the Starter we 're using combinations of products out there i.e( Megs, Griot Garage products, Protectall, 3M, carbrite etc) But, we've heard a lot of a good things about PB products..(any Suggestions Guys??)and for sure will order the starter package for try out..

Check out what I've got posted on www.ocdetails.com and see if that helps you. I've got some guides on there on kind of what I would suggest you get and how to use it. I've been a weekend warrior for several years now and would like nothing more than to be able to detail full time. I've put together some things that I think are helpful and hopefully they will help you.

I would highly suggest that you throw the Colman away and get a Porter Cable 7424. You will not be taken seriously as a detailer if you are using a tool that looks like it was manufactured by Fisher Price. Get a real machine that will do the job right. The Porter Cable will last you forever and really is the entry level machine for detailing. Swirl removal and surface damage repair really require the power of a PC and not the el cheapo "buffer" that you have. The rest of my product suggestions are in the guide on OCDetails.com. :)

:welcome to Detail City and good luck! :)
