psl, I had to go check out my US road altlas to see just where Fayetteville is. I passed through there in October last year after visiting Jack Daniels. We then headed on south then east to go to the Unclaimed Baggage Store in Scottsboro Alabama. Unfortunately it was a waste of a trip to Scottsboro as my wife could not find anything on that visit. I picked up a great Corvette model for $1, so I was happy.
I was talking to a guy in a cafe here a month or so back who was over from Birmingham Alabama on business and he had never heard of the Unclaimed Baggage Store and was amazed to hear about it in Australia from an Aussie when it was in his own backyard.

ya aint that great??!!! jack daniels is the us's first wiskey distillery!! and its still there!!! also did u know that town (lynchberg) is a dry town meaning no sales of alcohol at all!!! but that place is amazing to take a tour of if anyones ever there take the tour!!! my favorite part is the natural spring that goes under the cave!!
