I really need help on products for both of these cars but that will be in another post. I know this isnt the right section for that.

Thanks,

Tim

Thanks for the welcome guys.

smprince1 hey yes i think i will need some help but It will be after i get some things together. Nice to see someone local. Would you like to make it out to a car show this Sat. in Mauldin?

Really wondering what to use for a good cleaner polish.

So far i have gotten some Werkstat prime strong and Acrylic Jett--Trigger but i look at that being my middle coats.

Need something before and a wax after right?

You'll need something before Prime Strong if you have any paint correction (swirls, scuffs, scratches, etc.). I think Prime Strong is a pretty good cleaner polish in it's own right, just won't do much correction.

IMO, AJT is fine as a stand-alone LSP and you don't need any wax after it. But that's a lot of personal preference and tinkering if you want to try different combo's.

I live in Clemson but work at Greenville Tech.

Not to hijack the thread but not often you get a bunch of locals in one place.

Thanks and yes move on down here lol. We all can have a detailing day lol.

I have so much to learn. Im afraid to do something wrong lol. Got to get that rotary first tho.

Hi i'm new to and i live in Greenville as well. I'm also going to Greenville tech for a semester then going to Clemson. I'm going to the Motorcycle show on Saturday. It is nice to know they are so many detail freaks around.

Just some basic class. Cal 1 Chem 110 Eng 101 and History. I just didn't have the money nor did i want the debt to go to clemson all four years so i'm going to go to Greenville tech for two and transfer. I'm majoring in Chemical Engineering. How about you?

Welsome to SC. I grew up in Taylors and went to Clemson (ChE major, like sicilykid91). Greenville is a great place to live. I'm in Florence now, due to my job, but would like to make it back to the upstate eventually.
