New Foam Cannon

Finish Line

So, this morning we put our new Foam Cannon to use. Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, the manufacturer says no more bucket wash. I'm not too sure about that, but the foamy soap is awesome!!!! We covered an entire Gulfstream fuselage in about eight minutes!!!

After one use, I'm sold!!!! I'll keep everyone informed on the progress!!

OHHH...

I thought you meant a NEW model foam cannon. Already have that one and love it! :D Try using Chemical Guys' CWG. Also, replace the OEM bottle with a liter water bottle and longer pick-up tube..

Holy crap! $120 for a friggin hose attachment? Now that's completly insane LOL. That thing probably cost less than $3 to make. I think I paid about $40 for my foam gun. As long as it works I guess.

I've never had one, but I have dealt a little with plumbing products in the past and for the price of this cannon it should come with brass fittings.

Its not a hose attachment it is an attachment for use with a pressure washer

Do you really see a performance difference in foaming with the pressure washer?

I read dozens of posts with polar opposite opinions.

One read, "Dont rinse the car off first. Foam a dry car and let the soap do the work". - Seems foolish. Shouldnt you start with the most gentle chemical, H2O, then get aggressive with soaps?

Another, "Power wash all the debris off the car, then foam for 5 minutes". - Aren't you risking stripping or weakening an LSP on a regular wash regardless of the soap?

I have used a foam gun for about 2 years. Yes, its nice. Maybe its doing something, I just dont know how to create a metric for it. Is it just added lubricity for the boars hair?

For those of you with the power washer attachement. Can you really see a positive difference in foaming before and after? If you just power washed the surface, would you have removed the same level of debris?

What is your successful method for doing so?
