Hello everyone, new member on Autopia and I'm proud to say I am part of the detailing community!
I'm 20 years old and I've been a detailing enthusiast since I got my first vehicle. I started out looking out over my fathers shoulder watching him detail our daily drivers and Ive learned everything from him. Of course I'm still in the rookie stages of detailing but I scored my first Detailing job about three months ago and I've enjoyed every bit of it.
Though, Im not very happy and satisfied with the products and "routines" that are used with the small business who sort of rush because of scheduling and too me seems a bit unprofessional. So, I've starting to do small side jobs here and there on family and friends vehicles.
I joined this forum to learn new tips and tricks, to really learn the ropes of getting the best results and see whats best out there. I want to see what everyone thinks about different products and put my personal thoughts into them.
I just unboxed my new Flex PE14-2-150 from Chemical guys and Im just waiting for this weather to clear up so I can try it out on my personal vehicle.

Friends and family find it strange that I want to fully detail my lifted 08 JK Rubicon because one of my biggest hobbies is trail riding and everyone thinks its "pointless" to detail something thats going to get dirty. But it I want it to look like its new everywhere I go, prove everyone wrong who says its a "mall crawler" because its always too clean.
Well, thank you for the time for reading my post, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you for all the knowledge, feels great to be apart of a great forum!
