Buddy I ride with referred me to a client who has over two dozen classic cars, from a 1913 Delauney Belleville to a flathead V8 Ford, Packard, mid 50s Caddy, couple max wedge Dodges, muscle cars and even a Tessarossa.
First detail was a 1969 Chevelle. Original car other than the paint. The 307/Powerglide combo will be ditched soon for a 350/700R drive-train.
Swirls

No swirls

DA sanding pigtails, pretty much the whole sides of the car below the body line-someone got lazy.

Multiple passes with Meguiars M100 Pro Speed Compound

Full process
ONR wash
Opti-Raser Pink (mild) to spot clay
Meguiars M100 using a Meguiars MF cutting pad and Rupes 21 DA
Optimum G-P-S using a Meguiars yellow foam polishing pad and Rupes 21 DA
Armor All on tires/wheel wells
ONR Wash and Wax at 32:1 to clean glass
Woolite/water at 20:1 to clean vinyl
3D Carpet Shampoo at 16:1 to clean carpets
Meguiars Interior QD to dress vinyl

Probably should have used flash...

The Delauney Belleville is an interesting story. Car was put up in 1939 at the start of WWII. Didn't see the light of day again until 1983. 8 liter inline 6 engine. Carburator is currently in France being rebuilt. Then the tech will fly back out here, reinstall and tune it on the car.
Behind it is a Ford Concept vehicle (they also have a couple Ford Explorer concepts) in case you were wondering what that was).

Orange coupe behind the Delauney is up next...

Couple videos of the actual car before the current owner purchased it
