I've been doing some research into various car waxes and polishes and found this site and joined immediately. Hoping to learn about "detailing" as I've been an auto enthusiast for many years. Have some questions but thought I'd introduce myself first. I live just east of Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. My hobbies are maintaining our 2 import vehicles (as much as I can) and we are breeders of German Shepherd Dogs, (our 3, 4 legged kids). Hope to learn from this interesting forum

There are quite a few Canadians here so you'll feel right at home. I'm from Sidney BC, just a bit north of Victoria and we've had the best Feb. weather in recent history - just a ton of sun.

The fellows here are very knowledgeable and share info freely - it's a great site.

I'm a fellow Canadian, hailing from Vancouver, BC and am also totally loving the weather we've been having recently. Detailing season sure has come early for us this year :clap:

I was in the same boat a few years ago. I had always been an auto enthusiast and eventually found my way here after my car washes became a hobby, and my supplies needed their own storage area. I know you'll learn a lot. And plus 3 on the great weather in BC. I'm in Victoria, and I'm driving everywhere with my top down. No waterspots for me :)
 
Another Canadian here,I was looking up how to polish my stainless steel exaust pipes and landed here and thought I'd join. We live just outside Toronto in Burlington and take care of 2 cars,4 dogs and 2 cats.Looks like an interesting site.
