New Brakes

I am thinking about upgrading the brakes on my Integra. I am probably going to get new rotors and brake pads. My question is, do I need to replace the calipers as well? Or will the new pads fit into the existing calipers? Any help is appreciated, as I don't have too much knowledge in this area.

If you are just planning to get stock-sized replacement rotors then stock sized pads will fit in the calipers just fine. You can get some decent pads and rotors without upsizing them. However, if you want to upgrade your brakes with bigger rotors then the stock calipers will most likely not work. However, any sort of upgrade kit will include whatever you need. You can't just buy some rotors in a size you like and stick them on your car. It'll be some sort of kit.

Also, some brake kits with larger rotors require larger wheels to accomodate the size difference. You may have to upgrade from 15" wheels if you plan on buying a big brake kit.

That's true, although sometimes kits with like a 1" bigger rotor will fit. A 98 Integra GS-R had 15" wheels? I'm not surprised, but they ought to be bigger than that...
