New advertising plans, want advice

Well i have beeing thinking of a better way to advertise with my work truck. Im getting a trailer so right there that leaves more advertisement, but i was thinking of an idea. If i took a flat screen LCD and placed it on the rear window in the inside of the truck and hooked it up to a laptop/reader I could have a moving movie commercial. I could have all the cards I did flash along with my numbers etc. Also i was thinking on my open flat trailer, I want to have some short billboards made on the side. I could always make the top half with some of those slide letter with tracks on clear backing, with lights behind it. I can then screw plexiglass over it and have it illuminated at night so even when im traveling people can know what im pulling with my phone number on the sides. I can also change the lettering up when needed as I can run special etc. What you guys think of these ideas?
 
You'll want to check on the legality of lighted signage; my cop friend used to love giving tickets to the guys with the lighted license plate frames.
 
actually i dont believe that the screen is illegal, at least in NY it isn't. You are allowed to have telivisions in your car, but you cant play any nc17 or pornographic material

While operating it is fine to have monitors and such on so long as they are not in the drivers line of sight. So if he were to affix on to the rear windshield it should be allowable
