I'll test this on my trunk lid and come back with the befores and afters. This will be another little review.

I ordered the 1Z Cockpit Premium Vinyl cleaner and Rubber and Vinyl Protectant. I really like the results I got from both. Very low luster, matte finish from the cockpit cleaner and the Rubber and Vinyl protectant made the cladding on my son's '02 Ford Escape look like new. Still waiting for a good rain to see if the weather proof claim holds up on the cladding.

I also have the vinyl and rubber care "Tiefenpfleger" and I can tell you first hand that when applied to tires it does leave a matte finish, just like new. And it does repel water for weeks. I use ARO undiltued to clean wheel wells and tires and the treated tires just laugh at it, even when I use a brush. Its kind of expensive but it does work as advertised so I only use it on my truck.

Ok so this is what i was working with...

I dont have SIP and 106 to compare this to. This is just my own little review that I can share with you all.

Intensive Paste cuts really well and finishes almost hologram free. But thats where the High Gloss Polish comes in. Refines the finish to a very deep and clear paint finish.

I hope this at least gives you a heads up of this new product. Do I think its the new SIP and 106? Maybe. But I'm in love.

Very impressive. Was there any dust? Did you wipe with IPA to see if there was any filling?

No IPA, but i did wash the trunk lid over again. It didnt dust on me either. I worked it for quite a while actually. It looked like it was going into the Optimum zone.

Thanks, I'm still amazed by this product. I would have used Pizazz wax but my applicator was congested with dried up wax.

I can't wait to smell this wax. My civic is full of holograms and swirls....lets see what this awesome polish can do. Also can't wait to try out that new scratch removal formula that aunty jolanda cooked up in her kitchen.

not sure if this is an inside joke between you two, but did you guys just watch some comedy special with a Filipino guy in it?

Anyway, I think those are the $14.99 pads from AG right? Man I'm so disappointed I waited so long because they just changed the price back up to $24.99. I thought it was a closeout? False advertisement :D

Are you talking about the ones that were on sale for 6 5.5" orange pads for $14.99?

I got a dozen of them. :woot:

Hahaha. Inside joke that we have with one of our distributors. When you said filipino guy, i was beginning to think, how does this guy know what i am?

But yea these are the autogeek ones. I myself was debating whether i should pick em up or not. 6 pads for 15 bucks, plus the autopia discount. No brainer.

So what do you guys think? It still needs some work due to the deeper scratches done by a tool kit. Maybe some wetsanding and wool. But for the amount that was removed just from this, I'm impressed.
