'Net surfers, beware

Hi, my husband picked up some towels for me. I called the dealer and was told that that were Miracle towels. But when he brought them home the label said Viper glass towels. Can they be used on the paint surface to remove and buff Klasse SG? Thanks for your help, Diane

How does the towel feel? Does it have hooked or feathered fibers?

I think it would be fine if it was a miracle towel as the dealer said, but if it is the glass towel you will have to change towels frequently since it will get "gummed" up very soon and this may results in streaks.

As for the Klasse SG, always used VERY thin coats, you probably know this but I just want to make sure it keeps nagging in your head to use VERY thin coats.

Maybe a more experinced microfiber towel user can comment. Since I only have a few MF and MT's in my towel section. I mainly stick with 100% USA made cotton towels (love the charismas!)

Thank you for the reply. I looked and it has the feathered fibers. So I quess it will work to start with until final buffing with one of the Meguiars ultimate MF towels. Thanks, Diane

Nice scare tactics and all, but no info on how to protect yourself from these viruses.

I do find it a bit odd that pr0n guys can infect your computer easily, and law enforcement seems to have no problems finding it on your computer and effectively prosecuting you, but the average internet users is completely helpless in protecting themselves from this. Something doesn't seem right here.

True, but at least more of us are aware. It seems to me that law enforcement and the prosecutors don't care about the truth so much as another number for their record. Not to say that there aren't honest ones out there. What we can do is to be very careful what sites we visit and what we click on. Now, if anyone at Norton or McAfee and the like want to impress the general public/ make a mint, they can figure out a way to keep this crap from infecting our 'puters in the first place!
