I got a job at the autobody shop for the summer. I believe they are giving employee's around 30% off. Figured this would be perfect since I will be detailing cars on the side as well. Im going to take advantage of the 30% off. What would you all recommend for OTC products? As of right now, all I am using is Optimum, ClearKote, and PoorBoys products.

Im looking for just some simple stuff like, and if there is any good OTC polish/waxes/glazes those as well.

-Carwash (I like something that has LOTS of suds)

-Interior Detailer

-Wheel cleaner/Polish

-Window cleaner

I have heard that the Eagle1 car shampoo is one of the better washs, even compared to a lot of things you have to order.

-Carwash (I like something that has LOTS of suds): Meguiars NXT

-Interior Detailer: 303 Protectant

-Wheel cleaner/Polish: Mothers Cleaner Wax

-Window cleaner: Stoners IG

All readily available at many auto parts stores.

Megs 80, 83, 21 (paint supply shop)

Mothers PowerPolish

Mothers Reflections

3m perfect it 3

Megs APC or purple Power APC

Prestone wheel cleaner

Eagle one pro products if you have a local distributor

Meg's Gold Class wash

Meg's Interior Quick Detailer

Meg's NXT Window Cleaner

Turtle Wax Leather Cleaner/Conditioner

Kafko Oil Eater APC ($7 a gallon at Costco, just dilute for wheels)

Ditto on the 80,83, and 21. I love 21. easy to use, looks great, and is durable. I like Meg's Gold Class and NXT washes as well

You can get S100 at Harley shops

Gold Class and Stoners at wal-mart

and 303 is sold alot of diffrent places, i buy mine from a jeep accessory store.

Working at an autobody shop, I'd expect the discount to cover professional products like the Meguiar's and Mother's Pro lines or the stuff from Pro. Most shops have a regular vendor you oughta talk with, or at least have their account set up with the local autobody/paint supply store. I got turned on to a lot of professional products this way, working in a bodyshop the summer after high school.
