Need some help/advice on my detailing process

It's actually 7424. The counter weight that came with the PC reads "USE 5 INCH PAD ONLY". I tried it again with just a Gray (unused) pad. I tried to center the pad as best I could and on speed 4 and 5, it vibrates a lot, on 6 it's so violent that I have a hard time even holding it with one hand and trying to turn it off with the other hand. Hopefully the 6 inch counter weight will cure it.

I think there is another problem at hand ... my machine came with the 5" counterweight and I never bothered to change it ... I use large pads, a 6" flexible backing plate and I don't have vibrations like you :hmmm: yes on 6 it gives you a ride for the money but nothing like you describe :inspector:

I installed a 6" counterweight and it cured the vibrating issue.
