Need Opinions On These 2 Paint Chip/Knicks

Ok, I took some pictures to show you these 2 marks on my car that i'd like to get rid of. The one in the trunk happen almost 1 year ago and has been like this since. I've had a magnet over it to keep it from rusting or getting worse. And ofcourse the one on the front bumper happen almost a week ago. I hope you can give me good advice and tell me that they're repairable and are a no brainer to fix. thank you

Thats it for the trunk lid. BTW, the trunk has a slight dimple dent in it.



Now for the FRONT BUMPER:

And thats it for the front bumper. I was using a "BIC" ink pen to give an example of how big these 2 knicks are. So,....now that you've seen my trunk dent/chip and Front Bumper chip/gauge.....what do you think?. I'd really like to think that you'd laugh and think these are harmless. Hopefully you don't cringe TOO MUCH. Please give me the BEST info and advice on these 2 troublesome areas of my car. Please be as detailed as you can. I thank you. well first off...do a quick search for "chip repair" I did a mini write up on one and other people have done write ups as well. I dont have the link off hand, but a search will bring it up.



This chip on the trunk doesnt look like a chip to me..looks like someone leaned against it with a cigarette and it melted the paint, but then again, it might just me the flaking of the paint to give that illusion.



They are both fixable...if your not very handy with paint work, i wouldnt recommend it.



Search "chip repair" and this will give you a good understanding of what your in for.

ok cool thanks!. I'm actually more concerned about the front bumper one than the back trunk lid. I don't know how to fix the bumper one. that plastic is all guaged up and pushed and popped out. the paint and plastic look like it's lifted.
