Need Help with a scuff

I just got my car back from the body shop and now two days later someone scratched my car. I don’t know whether to call them scratches or scuffs, because they appear to be on top of the paint rather then in it. Any ideas on how to remove them? I already washed the car but they did not come off.

That looks like a surface rub mark. I am pretty sure you can remove it with any paint cleanser like PPCL, Mother's Pre-Wax Cleaner, or even Meguiar's #7. Failing that, I would go to SMR type products, but I am sure cleaners will remove it. Probably even a cleaner wax would do it.
 
Thanks for the reply, I didnt think it was a scratch. Also like i said i just got my car back from the body shop getting my fender replaced so the whole front end was painted and I was told not to wax my car for 60 days, will I have a problem with those cleaners

No you should not have a problem if the bumper was not painted

meguiar's has a product called scratch X and it works great. Ti should remove those surfaces marks right out with no harm to the paint.
 
None of the polishes should be a problem. They only told you not to wax or seal the car, right? That's because the paint needs some time to "cure". But any polishes or glazes should be ok.
