Need help from fellow Autopians!

I have two problems on my car right now, but dont know what products to used?



1) Black trim above console. I left a anti-slip mat on that spot, and after baking in the sun, it turned like this. :doh







2) Small scratches on front lip. I hit an icebank on the side of the road last winter, and it seems like my bumper flexed a bit under the stress. The scratches cannot be felt. I tried Scratch-X but it didn't do a thing. Would machine polishing do the trick?

2) I think that looks like cracked paint

if it is only a repaint will fix it, sorry

1. Maybe use old reliable woolite and water?

2. Those look like cracks not scratches...especially since you said the bumper flexed. You will need a repaint.
