Mytee HP60.
Tell the wife you need good equipment to make good money, then she can have a good house...lol

ditto

Any hot water model from mytee will work well for you.

I forgot what model mine is, hp-100 i think. Its of their more expensive ones but they all work just as good.

Yep

HP60 and HP100 have the same internals (pump, vac, heater, etc.)
The only difference is the solution and recovery tank size, with the HP100 with the larger of the 2.....oh yea....and the price..lol

Pockets....I can cut my carpet cleaning time in half AND remove more stains.

The only stains I have issues with are red: rust, red coolaid, PEI clay (air compressor helps with that).

For my economy, here's what your claim works out to (in Canadian $$) or 1/2 time.

15 min/car time savings @ $25/hr = $6.25/car
That's an average of little-big cars.

Mytee HP60 $1500 CND
$6.25/car = 240 cars to make back investment

1 car/day = less than 1 working year pay back
2 cars/day = 120 day pay back
3 cars/day = 80 day pay back
etc.

or, if you are in a better economy

15 min/car time savings:
@ $30/hr = $7.50/car = 200 cars
@ $40/hr = $10/car = 150 cars

or, pay it over 3 years in your business
$500/year
= $45/month
= $10/week

That's only one more car per month of work to find, and you are saving at least:
5 hrs/month @ 1 car/day
10 hrs/month @ 2 cars/day, etc.

So, even at 1 car/day, you could work 1 hour at Starbucks/week and pay back this Mytee extractor, and you would still be ahead!
