Need business advice

Never even heard the word concours before this post. Had to look it up. Not in the dictionary. Had to search on line to learn more. Not my thing. So people actually have a staff detailer travel with their cars to always keep them up for these concours event or meets or whatever they are called. Seen I learn something new everyday.

I still don't understand why they would pay over 50k. It seems like you could find a guy who is really into cars that would consider that a dream job and be willing to work for peanuts.

I could represent you inthe court for pennies on thea dollar. Would you trust me if years of jail time were at stake? I'd work in porn for free. Doesn't make me qualified. Who would trust someone willing to work for peanuts to work on a rare or one of a kind car.

I wasn't trying to sidetrack.

The main point is....if your going to trust someone with something important, vehicle or your business compensation is key. I've had help in the past and while the cat is away the mice will play unless there is motivation.

I've already experienced a manager placed in front with full responsiblity in restoration.

50k didn't keep them from opening shop and taking clients with them.
