NEED ANSWER FAST! Will Vinager wash remove my zaino+zfx??

I got hit pretty good by a sprinkler or something at a hotel stay last night and it made nasty hard water spots all over one side of the car. I wet a towel and wiped at one and it left a ring so I don't think just washing is going to get rid of them...



I got some distilled vinigar to wash it with but will it remove my zaino????
