Need advice on Porche

I am going to do an 84 porche 944 for a guy and was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips or anything I should know about the paint on the cars, don't know if they are maybe laquer or what, thanks for any help and I'll try to post some pics when it is done.

Well it is more than likely single stage paint (unless repainted) so bring lots of pads, towels.

Single Stage. With that many years it will probably be oxidated unless it has been repainted.
