If its any help to you, I live in Rochester, N.Y., and my dba is L.A auto detail.
try to name your business after a state or city outside your jurisdiction.

But only if that city or states name has some cache to it. Naming your business 'Omaha Detailing' will probably work against you...unless you live in Omaha!
