IMO those Safe Zones simply kill off the sort of Critical Thinking that people used to go to College to learn

I don't think so....
Most are so self absorbed, they can do no wrong. Same as with minimum wage. Instead of showing an employer that they are worth $$$$, they feel they are entitled just for showing up. We have a complacent society instead of striving for success, it's an instant gratification population now.
I remember talking to older folks on how they became successful. Most said something similar to " I saw a Cadillac in a move, and wanted on. So I worked hard and earned it.."

Those of us that grew up learning about the Flag, Love for our Nation, Love and Respect for the Freedoms we enjoy, the Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer, Prayer to God; His Son Jesus the Christ, Honoring our Mother and Father with respect and obedience, Loving and serving our brothers and sisters, Loving our Neighbor as Ourselves, are always sad to see how the world has changed...
For some time now as we have all observed, the responsibilities for teaching and leading by Good Example has been kicked down by those who somehow think that they are far more educated than the masses, and think they have become better than anyone else - including the God that gives them their every breath, and we must now take this rabbit hole down to unfortunately, a level that - well - you see what level it has lowered to today...
Lucky for all of us, this great Nation has been Blessed from on High and those Believers who pray every day for each of us and our Nation, are the last bit of glue that is holding it all together...
As History continues to repeat itself, it would probably be well to return, read and review those sacred texts that tell us - as has been told for thousands of years - that Nations of people who continue to try to do the Best they can, Love and Serve their Families, Love their Neighbors as themselves, Love and Serve their God, will reap the Blessings of Freedom, Prosperity, Safety, and so much more; while those that let this all Go will find themselves afflicted and eventually Overrun by their Enemies, and enslaved....
I thank each one of YOU, for all the Good you bring to the table every day, for all the hard work you do at Home, for all the hard work you do here - And at your jobs..
For your beautiful Families and raising up outstanding children; for taking the time to be a Friend, sometimes the only light shining in the wilderness at the darkest hour...

You could not possibly be more correct. Instead of engaging in discussion and possibly learning something or opening their eyes to another way of thought, they just stick their fingers in their ears and cry about somebody not thinking like they do. It's beyond pathetic
