give me some feed back good or bad
thanks

Very professional look! :bow

Mine is still very basic looking, but the important thing to me was showcasing the cars I do. I like how you spell out the steps to detail your own car. I probably won't add that to mine (I'd rather they call me than do it themselves), but I will be adding a 'tips' page so they can maintain the 'detailed' look themselves.

Let us know when you have all the links working, looks like you are off to a great start.

Thanks for the feed back. I thought i would give the tips & tricks for the people that want to detail there own car. chances are they would not be coming to me to begin with. For all my other customers they are just to lazy or dont have time to detail it themselve. other customers just have too much money and need to spend it on a detail every two weeks, which i have no problem with.

Looks great! I too like the professional look of the design. It's a great starting point for potential and repeat customers. I know if I were a client and was thinking of referring you to a friend, I'd certainly give them your website so they can see your offerings and capabilities.

A good website can be a terrific "business card" for detailers. It also shows a level of commitment far beyond flyers and cheap paper business cards.

I think the "tips and tricks" section is good and shows confidence. It says to the client, "I'm confident enough in my ablilites that I can openly share my techniques and processes. There are no hidden tricks or scams. Just hard work and talent. See for yourself".

I look forward to the expansion of the website.:xyxthumbs

just added some new things to the home page, tell me what you think and be honest. I also have a link now under the link button. you can rate my site there as well, but i dont know when i can get to it.

I think the Tips and Tricks section is a good idea. If people see how much work is actually involved in a real detail then they will probably just be motivated to hire someone else to do it. If the tip of the day was "click your heels and wave your magic wand to clean your car" then you'd get no business. I think its a really good idea. It also shows that you are willing to share the knowledge with people and you aren't going to horde your secrets like some angry troll under a bridge. I didn't notice any links to Autopia in there....... ;) Just kidding. I think its looking good. :xyxthumbs

funny you should ask that, i just sent david b an PM to see if can place a link to autopia. did not want to do it without his permission.
wouldn't it be so nice of him if he lets me place the new banner add on my web site.:D

Nice and professional looking site. Some things I would suggest would be....

- Dramatic before and after photos, which can be clicked on to show larger images.

- Price list, or at least a page which describes the pricing process. It may be more affordable than people think. Heck, even tout it as a good thing to do before trade in, it will pay for itself.

Looks nice.

As RH said, include some large photos on the site. The images you have there are too small to clearly see the results of your work. The before and after on the Jeep don't look that different to me because the images aren't large enough.

Another suggestion I'd have for you would be to include an email address that includes your URL in it. So instead of perfect.detailing@verizon.net use something like detailer@nyperfectdetailing.com. I think it gives makes the business seem more professional. Your site host probably allows a set number of email addresses for your URL and you can usually have all mail forwarded to any other email address. Please forgive me if I seem knit-picky!

Good work!

thanks for that info, made some of the changes today. I also got the order form for products working and i am posting the products this week. I also will be working on the make an appt tab.

I will spk to the designer to work with the pix.

Thank you all again, will keep you posted.

that car is a 1934 ford with a corvette lt1 engine in it. I think there are more pix of it under pic forum, labeled 1934 ford.

Thanks for the info
