My Update Mkcess 37 turbo-dryer

Used mine for the 3rd time today. About 5 mins into blowing off car the blower starts to get noisy and slower. Shut it of for 5 min then turned it back on, same thing but this time blue smoke started to come out of it This was the only thing plug into into an outlet in garage...

Any way called customer service and they will send out new one in 2 weeks and they will send prepaid postage to send old unit back...

wow what a let down. Mine (the DP version) has never done that BUT i have heard the motor make a funny noise here and there(kind of like a quick skipping during operation) . At least they`re sending you a new one, hopefully it doesn`t crap out on you again.

Going to be bad ones here and there. Sucks but that`s the world we live in. Sorry that happened to you. I managed to spill almost a half gallon of cleaner in mine (fell over in my van) and had to dump it out of the motor, let it dry out a couple days, still works without issue

Bad luck. I wish they would come out with a cordless model that was under $100. A corded leaf blower can be had for under $40 and basically a car dryer is a modified leaf blower. I can`t see paying $179 for it.

Received new dryer from Paul . 10 day turn around Sent UPS label to send it back, no problems and Thanks Paul for you help also info.
