My Surf City Garage Review.

You also shouldn't use the glaze via machine, or induce heat any way shape or form. That's why it was a pita to remove, in combination with what you say possibly mongo.

Ok, answering a few questions. Sealants I have tried: Wolfgang, Duragloss 105, HiTemp, Optimum OS, Majestic Solutions (some rebadged CG but not sure which), NXT, and FK2180. Random thoughts - for everybody that thinks product x is great, there's a fairly good group that thinks it is not that good. I have read very conflicting tests here and it all goes back to there are many, many variables in play. I guess as a part time detailer, I want to be able to give my friends a shiney car that looks a notch above the norm. I ***-u-me that you need something not sold down at Autozone, but I could be wrong. I feel that 2 coats are needed to insure complete coverage so I need something that I can layer in a hour or so, simple and easy to apply and remove, and slick! I eagerly await that 8 way sealant test David Fermini is doing.

BTW - I was up to 1:45AM reloading all that iPod stuff so my wife and kids could use their Christmas gifts, I have no idea what happened to the files I had, but something sure messed up, and BTW, I am NOT an IT guy!

JB, my puter is nearly inoperable after upgrading to iTunes 7.5. Needles to say, I have a new iTouch, and cant load my already paid for songs onto!

Patrick, I feel your pain with the "puter". I finally printed off all the sugestions from iTunes help and started going down the list, something worked and now the iPods work and the accounts we had at the iTunes store are back and up to date. I think it may have been a Christmas Miracle!!

Now if I could just decide on a friggin sealant, my life would go back to mediocre.

I have heard nothing but good things about their glass cleaner, wheel cleaner and bug remover. Might have to make a purchase soon...

Their glass cleaner is all that I'll use now. It works really well.

Motor City, honestly - I don't have a favorite. I've never really been blown away by any of the ones I tried. No, I ain't tried Z yet! But, I'm close to pulling the trigger on FMJ. I reread David Fermini's post on the 8 way sealant test and I thought FMJ looked good with the application/removing part. Either that or I'm going to get a bottle of DG 111.

The car looks great! Just a wash and wax?

The Lincoln was swirls free before washing correct?

Looks like it was sprayed with stoner tarminator! after seeing the pics.

How does the Wash and wax smell?
