I've spent quite a bit of time on my website over the past couple of years. I'm hoping that you guys would be willing to critique it.
I'm also curious about how to drive more traffic without paying for advertising. Any thoughts?

Looks really nice

But ...................

I like what your pop-up says, but the fact that it is a pop up would worry me.

Also, the fact that you are offering a discount may have people think they can chisel you later

I think the site looks great. I like how you list the available services on the front page. The question of bringing more traffic with out the cost, I don't have an answer for that.

I was worried about that too, but really wanted to give incentive for people to give me their email addresses. I have had people subscribe but, as of yet, nobody has mentioned the discount (fingers crossed)

Thanks. I'm hoping somebody has a trick up their sleeve that they're willing to share!

Nice site, I think it's really close to being great.

The first thing I would try visually is increase the height of the home page slider banner (green arrows). Then I would remove the search box widget from the home page (red circle), in some of the slider images its covering the Title text and your site should be so easy to use no one needs to use the search function. Your logo in the upper left hand corner is a little difficult to read (yellow circle) and I would increase the font of the important text in the upper right hand corner (purple circle).

As far as getting more hits, I don't think you have a Google My Business account (used to be called Google Places). First create that and add some keywords in plain text to your homepage. Like Tampa Bay Detailing, Pinellas County Detailing, etc etc. That alone will get you a lot more hits.

The newsletter registration widget is too big on the bottom of the home page. I would make it smaller and use that space for your plain text/keywords. I love the email subscription idea as long as you're sending promotions or regular coupons/discounts.

Thanks, vega. I'll get to work on this. I've had some failed attempts at getting rid of the search box. Any idea how to get rid of it? My "Internet guy" told me that it's part of the theme and doesn't know how to fix it.. Won't be using him again

I believe it's in the functions.php. Even if it's part of the theme it can be removed. And no problem.
