Mike, Honda paint is always a pleasure to work with. It corrects very easily. I am sure he car will look GREAT when you are done. That red interior is awesome.

The PC has helped Dramatically to help me achive the best shine possible i might be done sooner then sunday  ive been working on it since 9 this morning

After hours on end im finnally doneIm finnally done:

The Process:

1) Foamed down with ICE and let sit for about a min or 2 then washed the car with a hand held boars hair brush
2) Cleaned the cars door sills hinges inside hood edge trunk lid edge anywhere and everywhere i could reach
4)Pressure washed off avoiding the convertible top completely
5) Foamed again with Dawn and washed again to remove whatever waxes were on the car
6) Pressure washed again
7) Clayed the car completely door sills under the trunk anywhere and everywhere
8) Did a full car wipe down with 75/25 alch/water to remove residues

Polishing:

1) Small Deep Scratches i worked with the PC with an orange 4" with power gloss
2) Started polishing with a 7 1/2in orange ccs pad with SIP by menerza on my dewalt 849 and wiped the entire car down with 100% alch to see defects left behind
2) Followed up with a White pad with Power Finish by menerza wiped down again with 100% alch to see if anything was left and since paint was flawless i moved on to finishing it up
3) Applyed the Finishing Touch Glaze
4) Applyed Acrylic Jacket
5) 1z wax
6) a layer of ICE paste
7) Followed up with Ice liquid polish
8) Stoner Trim shine for all the plastic and vinyl

18 hours of work later a complete car emerges lol

Next the Audi...

Really nice work (and great pic's)! Did you feel that the clay pick up much in the door jams and the undersides of the hood and trunk?

Looks Great! I see you've got the fender turn signal missing and the amber reflector out on the driver-side lamp...

Yeah actually my car had a ton of rail dust starting to rust in the door jams around the hinges in the trunk everywhere the claying really cleaned it all up it was deffinatly a difference in the apperance i really should have taken more before pictures of those problem area's but the only ones i managed to take were of the trunk and rear emblem my camera's pretty low tech but i just got a decent sony ill be taking pictures with from now on

And about the drivers fender light lol... i took it off to better polish the paint completely and right after i took it off i steped on it... i ordered another one and i actually removed the driver side amber diffuser to get the chrome headlight apperance it took me close to 7 hours to figure it out ill be working on finishing it within the next few weeks its just labor intensive and a very gentle process putting a $800 headlight in the oven... to take it apart then back in to put it back together this is how it looks now with the replaced driver side marker light =)
