My review on the Zaino line

While I'm babbling uncontrolably here...........After using Crystal Mist, QuickShine,Spray & Gloss & the CG qd's for the past 7 months. ( over carnaubas) I'd also forgotten how great Z6 & Z8 is!! The Z6 is an awesome,easy to use, gloss enhancing qd & the Z8 is in a class by itself. I must confess to being a carnauba junkie, but Zaino has impressed me all over again.
 
Thank for the tip BlkTac. I here you on the Zaino after using for the fisrt time I am a believer. Got compliments from neighbors asking me " Whats that you are using it makes it look like a mirror sshh"

Finished applying 3 coats of Z5/ w ZFX earlier today. Out of 1 ounce of Z5 I was able to get 3 coats on my entire truck, windows,windshield, rear bumper & mirrors. While waiting for each layer to dry, I cleaned the interior. ( vac, Cockpit Premium,V.R.T., Bon Ami glass cleaner on the interior windows & a few squirts of CG Leather scent under the seats. ) I finished up with Z8 for the final buff & some Z16 on the tires. Being on vacation allowed me to take my time & enjoy the Zaino experience. ( and some smirnoff ) 3 layers of Z2 Pro early tomorrow morning then 3 more layers of Z2 Pro towards the end of my vacation ( next weekend ) & I'm good to go for the winter. It's been about 6-7 months since I used Zaino on my truck. ( carnauba all summer ) I'd forgotten just how teriffic the stuff is. My only complaint is that I wish the Z2 Pro was as easy to work with by hand as the Z5. My truck looks simply stunning right now, with the AIO/3 layers of Z5/Z6/Z8 combo. I can't wait to kick it up another notch with Z2 Pro in the morning!!!!

Did you apply by hand with the Zaino terry cloth applicator pads?

Hmmm.... I just can't decide now if next time I want to use the PC again with a different pad or use the applicators by hand :hm
 
UPDATE!



Ok so about 3-4 weeks later, my car is still super shiny. I can't believe it, and didn't believe it would last this long. I'm so used to carnauba wax and it lasting not so long but this is amazing! I washed my car the other day with Zaino wash then quick detailed with Z8 and it looks like I have just spent all day detailing.

I haven't used a PC with Zaino, but my results are incredible with hand application on my black Grand Prix.



In 30 years of detailing, I've never had better results than Zaino.

I recieved my ZAINO kit two weeks ago. Im relatively new to the detailing world but never the less I am extremely pleased with the zaino. I did the whole detail process two weeks ago. dawn wash, clay, z7 wash, 3 coats z5/zfx, z8. Last weekend I did 3 coats of z2 pro/zfx and z8. I love the look my coworkers are asking me what im doing to my car to make it look so good. I just tell them I found autopia and im beginning to find out how deep the rabbit hole goes. :LOLOL



Anyways my car looks great, and it feels great. My father in law kids around and says that a fly tried to land on my car but it slipped off :grinno:



The z2 is more difficult to apply than the z5 so hopefully ill be getting a pc this winter so I can put on nice even coats.
