My Red RX8 in Philly 56k killer

Hey guys,



I will be taking some more pics after this weekends full blown detail and new bumper install. (I will not forget my polarizer this time ;) The car has a fair amount of factory orange peel, that will stay since this is a lease. Until then, check out these pics of my daily driver. It was driven all winter in PA, with the occasional Zaino Z6 after a wash.

looks good i really really want one of those! but in black. I know, pita to detail but i feel its worth it, or maybe a gunmetal silver...
 
I just love that car, will be getting one in a couple of months but like randomman84 said, mine will be in black!
 
I love the car in red and black. Since i drive 25k+ miles a year, in all seasons, red was the lesser of 2 evils to keep clean.



Zaino Z2 > Z5 > Z6 was applied in Dec, and Z6 was put on it occasionally when I actually cleaned the car. (winter sucks)



I will be doing a full blown Zaino day very soon, with the new Z2/Z5 and topping it off with Z8. I need to clay it as well...the winter left some deposits :-)

Very cool cars and pictures! I like the scenery... but think it's epecially cool how all of the people in the painting are staring at your car, lol
 
ROCKY! ROCKY! Wow, did they actually paint Dali's face on the steps for that exhibit? Please tell me you went to it. Also, how the HELL did you get your car on that spot? Nice pics...
 
Greats pics!!!!! I am surprised that you they let you take your car up there. I work like 5 mins from the Art Musuem....



Car fits into the Dali display nicely....:D

Thanks guys! I live 1/4 mile from the Art Museum.





Surprisingly, you can drive right across the top of those steps. I never drive up there when there are a lot of pedestrians...just on week days or at night. Its a great photo location ;) Yes, the Dali exhibit is nice!
 
I live in the burbs too (delaware county) but work in center city, not too far away.



Back on subject.......WOW!!!!



They are some sweet photos, I love the one w/ the Dali on the steps. A friend of mine takes his GN up there and has some really nice pics from last year. I just told him about your pics and he already had already made it up there with his Turbo Trans Am (lucky *******). Here's the pics...

Definately an increidble shot to take some pics. I'll most definately have my GN up there this year!!



Maybe I'll get my cousing w/ a new black RX-8 to join me...that would make for a nice photo shoot :)
